Fry mashroom in oil till it becomes light brown, then keep it iinto a vessel.
Boil the Potato and cut into pieces(each potato into six peices)
Heat the oil in kadhai(frying pan) for 2 minutes and add the chopped onion . Fry it till it becomes light brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste,Zerra,black peper,red chilly powder and turmeric powder to already fried onion.
Add small amount of water (1/2 cup) and cook it for 5 minutes and add shimla mirch then cook for further 2 minutes,
To the above, add sliced Potatoes and fried mashroom pieces and cook it for further 5 minutes.
Finally add curd with one small size bowl of water and garam masala is added to it for spicy flavour......leave it further for 2 minutes on the medium flame.Now its ready to be served.
