Lazis Mashroom

Ingredients -

    • Potato - 2 medium size
    • Mashroom -250 grams or 10-15 small pieces.
    • Simla Mirch - One big size cut into slice.
    • Onion - 2 medium size chopped.
    • Ginger garlic paste . 
    • Zeera and black peper powder.
    • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
    • Curd-100 grams.
    • Salt - as per taste.
    • Red Chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
    • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
    • Vegetable Oil(mustard or corn or groundnut)

      Preparation -

      1. Fry mashroom in oil till it becomes light brown, then keep it iinto a vessel.
      2. Boil the Potato and cut into pieces(each potato into six peices)
      3.  Heat the oil in kadhai(frying pan) for 2 minutes and add the chopped onion . Fry it till it becomes light brown.
      4. Then add ginger garlic paste,Zerra,black peper,red chilly powder and turmeric powder to already fried onion.
      5. Add small amount of water (1/2 cup) and cook it for 5 minutes and add shimla mirch then cook for further 2 minutes,
      6. To the above, add sliced Potatoes and fried mashroom pieces and cook it for further 5 minutes.
      7. Finally add curd with one small size bowl of water and garam masala is added to it for spicy flavour......leave it further for 2 minutes on the medium flame.Now its ready  to be served.
